Common Questions

How quickly can you deliver after the event? ＋
Standard turnaround is 24–72 hours for a highlights reel. Multi-day events or complex edits may take 5–7 days. Same-day teasers are available on Premium packages.
Do you travel for events outside the UK? ＋
Absolutely. We regularly cover events across Europe and have production experience in Brazil. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately based on location.
What equipment do you use? ＋
Cinema-grade cameras (Sony FX6, FX3), wireless audio systems, gimbal rigs and drone capability. We bring redundant gear to every shoot so nothing stops production.
Can I see raw footage after the project? ＋
Raw footage archive is included in the Professional and Premium tiers. For Essential packages, raw footage can be added for an additional fee.
What happens if my event overruns? ＋
We stay until the last key moment is captured — your keynote hasn't finished, we haven't finished. If the day runs beyond the scheduled block, additional hours are charged at a transparent, pre-agreed rate rather than a surprise invoice. You always know the cost before we do it.
Do I own the final footage? ＋
Yes. Full commercial rights to both the edited deliverables AND the raw footage are transferred to you on final delivery — use it for marketing, sponsorship pitches, sales decks, social, whatever you need. No licensing fees, no recurring charges, no "for a period of X months" clauses.
